Training activities covers
entire country through
training
cells placed in
major states. To commence
with, training was held
in major cities,
60% of training programmes
held reach out
to minor towns.
Training
programmes are conducted
all through
the year, although
they are somewhat less
intensive
during
summer, when the service
jobs for the technicians
are at a peak. A majority
of the programmes are
conducted from August
to March. Training schedules
are fixed well in advance
in consultation with
the training partners,
and the calendar for
the whole year is announced.
A few changes do take
place in the schedule,
although all efforts
are made to adhere to
the programme announced.
