The Energy & Resources Institute is an independent, multi-dimensional organization established in 1974, with capabilities in research, policy, consultancy and implementation. TERI has been working closing with Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEFCC) over the decades. Under the HPMP, TERI is providing technical support for preparing a quarterly magazine titled ‘newsTRAC (Newsletter for Technicians in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Sector)’ till 2020 for the servicing technicians. The quarterly newsletter elucidates on the servicing sector challenges and best-practices within the refrigeration & air-conditioning systems, best operational practices, opportunities for energy efficiency and experts talk. The mobile application, launched by the Hon’ble EFCC Minister at the 30th anniversary of the Montreal Protocol in 2017, contains information on the relevant regulations, updates on training programme, and best practices for servicing technicians.
